ABSTRAK
Duplication tool is an important part in the office. It
can affect the performance of employes in office. In
this journal contains the duplication tool influence the performance of
employees in the office. In the office duplication appliance has an important
role in activities or office work . With the tool of this duplication of
employee performance can be better . Can be seen in terms of quality of work
and the amount of work generated . The effect can happen if we can choose a
good duplication tool and tailored to the needs of the office. Considerations such
considerations are also included in this journal . By knowing the exact duplication tool selection , the
employees' performance in that office to a maximum . In addition , the
measurement of employee performance we can measure , so that we can know the
benefit we get duplication in choosing a right for employees in the office.
