ABSTRAK
Duplication tool is an important part in the office. It can affect the performance of employes in office. In this journal contains the duplication tool influence the performance of employees in the office. In the office duplication appliance has an important role in activities or office work . With the tool of this duplication of employee performance can be better . Can be seen in terms of quality of work and the amount of work generated . The effect can happen if we can choose a good duplication tool and tailored to the needs of the office. Considerations such considerations are also included in this journal . By knowing the exact duplication tool selection , the employees' performance in that office to a maximum . In addition , the measurement of employee performance we can measure , so that we can know the benefit we get duplication in choosing a right for employees in the office.

ABSTRACT
In the decision making in a company, a leader must be able to take the best decision for the company to make decisions not only rely on the leadership of a personal decision but a deliberate advance in solving the problems of the company or make other policies. Decisions taken leadership more often in musyawarahkan prior to the company's lineup. This is due to get a path and a policy that is best for the company itself. In choosing appropriate policies requires leadership input or opinion of the opinion of various parties in the company. This could dilkaukan through meetings held by the company. With the leadership meeting can take good decisions, leaders can listen in advance of various ranks, both employees and managers, so leaders can weigh the best decision for the company. Currently the times began to sophisticated modern equipment in the office suadah began to be applied or used in offices, especially offices applying modern office equipment and of course many modern machines that can help the office work to become more effective and efficient. Besides modern offices also assist with the implementation of effective and tefisien meeting. ABSTRACT
Modern office currently has influence employee performance. Any form of influence resulting from today's modern office. As for the principles of modern office. This principle is the basis used by the company in the changes that occur in the office into a modern office, the strong principle also gives a strong impact on the performance of employees and the company. Furthermore, there is a modern office efficiency, the efficiency of modern corporate office with a good attention to what benefits are obtained when using this modern office efficiency. The benefits would have to have a big impact on the performance of employees in the company. Then the influence of the modern office, there are also job stress and work motivation of employees.Then the influence of the modern office, there are also job stress and work motivation of employees. There is a change in office systems into modern office would give the effect on employee performance. Employees can feel the stress but the stress of the leader or manager can turn them into employee motivation which can improve the performance of the company. Then there is the design and comfort of the modern office. Where design and comfort of a modern office is a thing that can affect the performance of employees, especially the comfort provided by the employee if the employee feels comfortable in the office so employees can give a good performance. And the last one is the influence of modern office and performance of the modern office professional secretary. Where the influence of modern office can turn professional secretary work becomes lighter and can also replace professional secretary work.
