ABSTRACT
In the decision making in a
company, a leader must be able to take the best decision for the company to
make decisions not only rely on the leadership of a personal decision but a
deliberate advance in solving the problems of the company or make other
policies. Decisions taken leadership more often in musyawarahkan prior to the
company's lineup. This is due to get a path and a policy that is best for the
company itself. In choosing appropriate policies requires leadership input or
opinion of the opinion of various parties in the company. This could dilkaukan
through meetings held by the company. With the leadership meeting can take good
decisions, leaders can listen in advance of various ranks, both employees and
managers, so leaders can weigh the best decision for the company. Currently the times began to sophisticated modern equipment in the office

modern office equipment and of course many modern machines that can help the
office work to become more effective and efficient. Besides modern offices also
